Cancellation Policy
We follow the guidelines set out by the Welsh Tourist Board.
Our cancellation policy is set out as follows -:
¹ The number days from the cancellation conformation before the holiday starts
² The amount deducted from the total cost of the booking shown as a percentage
From the pavement to The Oyser there is a one inch step then six meters to the front door with a two inch step.
Once through the door it is approximately seven meters to the stairs, also you can turn left into the lounge, dinning area, reception and the licensed bar.
Straight ahead, you encounter eleven steps to the first landing. Turn right up two steps and arrive at room one; also there is a shared toilet on this landing. Turn left up four steps and you arrive at rooms two, three and four.
Ten more steps, and three meters straight ahead you arrive at room five and the shared toilet and bathroom. Turn left at the top of the steps, up four steps and you arrive at rooms six, seven and eight.
Rooms at the Oyster
One, two and three are all en suite
Four, five, six, seven and eight are standard.
All rooms have colour televisions, central heating, H&C water.
We have excellent mobile phone reception throughout The Oyster, there is also a pay phone in the small well stocked bar, where you can sit in the lounge, read one of our many books and atlas surrounded by antiques.
Parking at the Oyster
Monday to Friday, No parking between 08 00 and 16 00 hrs. (Loading/unloading allowed after 10 00 hrs).
Saturday: No parking between 10 00 hrs and 16 00 hrs
Sunday: No restrictions

Disability Access Statement
The Oyster is a short flat walk from the city centre, approximately three hundred meters along Oystermouth road. There is a duel carriageway with a pedestrian crossing and three further side roads, the later two merge into one road, before arriving at The Oyster, on the right hand side heading towards the university.From the pavement to The Oyser there is a one inch step then six meters to the front door with a two inch step.
